Sue Jackson Pilkinton

Mrs. Sue Jackson Pilkinton, 61, of Sylvester died Friday, August 8, 2014 at her residence.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday August 10, 2014 at the Crossroads Baptist Church with interment to follow in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Sycamore. Rev. Gene Huggins and Rev. Danny Dunn will officiate.

Mrs. Pilkinton was born on August 17, 1952 in Worth County to the late Walter Adrian and Ada Hazel Carroll Jackson. She had lived in Morrow for the past 25 years. Mrs. Pilkinton was formerly employed with Meredith Lumber Company. She enjoyed making jewelry and was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Heather Renee’ Pilkinton of Morrow; sisters, Brenda Dunn (Danny) of Rockmart and Jean Lawson of Sylvester; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included, Billy Ray Cameron, Alan Myers, Terry Pilkinton, Pat Patterson, Mathew Myers and Rocky Etheridge.
