The following reports were compiled by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office between February 1 and February 15.

  • Kenneth McMillan, 25, of Sylvester was charged with aggravated assault and third degree cruelty to children on February 7.
  • William Sirmons, 27, of Albany was charged with second degree burglary, probation violation, and theft by taking on February 2.
  • Andre Smith, 21,of Folkston was charged with felony theft by shoplifting on February 13.
  • Joshua Suber, 27, of Sylvester was charged with DUI, two counts of DUI (endangerment of a child under 14), giving false name or date of birth, improper left or right turn, driving while license is suspended or revoked, possession of methamphetamine, probation violation (credit card fraud), and safety belt violation on February 3.
  • Neal Williams, 49, of Sylvester was charged with felony obstruction of an officer, parole violation, and theft by shoplifting on February 1.
  • Thomas Anglin, 46, of Sylvester was charged with terroristic threats on February 15.
  • Jerico Arnold, 25, of Sylvester was charged with theft by shoplifting on February 5.
  • James Beaver, 26, of TyTy was charged with third degree cruelty to children on February 10.
  • Nicholas Bivens, 33, of Sylvester was charged with public indecency and sexual battery on February 18.
  • Elvis Davis, 52, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery on February 15.
  • Daniel Eubanks, 25, of Sylvester was charged with possession of methamphetamine on February 4.
  • Brandon Gibson, 22, of Sylvester was charged with conspiracy to commit a crime and violation of oath by a public officer on February 6.
  • Breana Hamilton, 26, of Sylvester was charged with felony first degree burglary on February 5.
  • Kristen Harnage, 33, of Sylvester was charged with drug related objects and possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) on February 5.
  • Bettie Holt, 30, of Norman Park was charged with contempt of superior court and criminal attempt of February 3.
  • Christopher Holton, 33, of Albany was charged with stalking on February 14.
  • Dezmande Hope, 23, of Sylvester was charged with two counts of theft by taking on February 5.
  • Kayla Maclellan, 24, of TyTy was charged with third degree cruelty to children on February 10.
  • Curtis Manders, 55, of TyTy was charged with aggravated assault on February 8.
  • Josh Mashburn, 42, of Albany was charged with driving without license on person, speeding, and windshield or windshield wiper violation on February 12.
  • Gregory Robinson, 27, of Thomasville was charged with driving while unlicensed and too fast for conditions on February 9.
  • Kenneth Taylor, 63, of Sylvester was charged with aggravated assault on February 4.
  • Loretta Taylor, 61, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery on February 4.
  • Shawn Yohn, 47, of Louisville, Kentucky was charged with driving while license is suspended and speeding on February 14.
