Kaeley Nichole McPeters, 17, of Dawson passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church of Dawson at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014, with interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Reverends Jay Thomason and Bobby Paul were the officiants.
Kaeley loved the outdoors. Her hobbies were riding horses, listening to music, and photographing nature.
Kaeley is preceded in death by her grandfather, Royce M. Dunaway. Survivors include her parents, Donna Dunaway McPeters of Dawson and John H. McPeters of Lenox; grandparents, Nadie Lee Dunaway of Dawson, Tommie Lou Winn of Fitzgerald, and Tony McPeters of Poulan; aunts and uncles, Cathy Goodin (Tim), Marilyn Powell (Mike), Denise West (William), Beck Maloney (Tom), and Nick McPeters and several cousins.
