Janie Pendley Bell

Mrs. Janie Pendley Bell, 67, of Sylvester died Wednesday April 30, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Poulan Cemetery. Rev. Ronnie Lawson officiated.
Pallbearers included Chris Conger, Tate Hathcock, Travis Hobby, Jordan Alligood, Ryan Alligoob and Steve Gilbert; honorary pallbearers included, Keith Green and Matt Green.
Mrs. Bell was born on October 26, 1946 in Sylvester and lived in Worth County all her life. She was formerly employed with Sylvester Textile as a line supervisor. Mrs. Bell loved her grandchildren, quilting and going fishing. She was a member of First Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin D. Bell of Sylvester; sons, Cliff Bell (Katie) of Sylvester and Wayne Bell (Tracy) of Peach Tree City; daughter, Tammy B. Alligood (Jordy) of Sylvester; mother, LaVerne Pendley Hobby of Sylvester; sister, June Boynton of Sylvester; grandchildren, Blake Boschetti, Ashtian Lippold, Dakota Bell, Morgan Bell, Summer Howard, Jordon Alligood, Kayley Alligood, Justin Alligood, Ryan Alligood, Alex Alligood and Lexi Alligood; five great-grandchildren and brother-in-law, Frank Davis.
Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Willis Pendley; brother, Wayne Pendley and sister, Barbara Davis.
