Juanita L. Cook

Mrs. Juanita L. Cook, 90, of Sylvester died Monday June 2, 2014 at Sylvester Healthcare.
The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday June 4, 2014 at Kimball United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Grady Morey will officiate.
Mrs. Cook was born on April 19, 1924 in Arkansas to the late George and Jennie Long. She lived in Worth County since 2001 and was a homemaker. Mrs. Cook was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed Lake Tahoe.
Survivors include her son, Carl Allen Cook (Barbara) of Doerun; grandchildren, Jeanene Blair, Richard Cook, Stephen Cook, Carl J. Cook and Michael S. Cook and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband, Casper Dee Cook on May 19, 1968 and a son, Richard Cook on November 10, 2009.
