At 12:54 p.m. on January 18th, the Sylvester Police Department Drug Unit conducted a search warrant at 223 E. Lee Street in Sylvester. Approximately seven ounces of marijuana and $756.00 in cash were found and seized.
Taken into custody was 51-year-old Cortez Marshall. Marshall lives at the residence and was arrested without incident. He has been charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
The drug unit was assisted by members of the Sylvester and Poulan Police Departments.
