Local Police Reports

The following reports were compiled by the Sylvester Police Department between May 1 and May 31:

  • Roy James, Jr., 36, of Sylvester was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule I narcotic, possession of a schedule II narcotic with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, obstructing law enforcement officers, two counts of possession and use of drug related objects, and use of a communication facility to violate provisions.
  • Bobby Hall, 42, of Albany was charged with open container violation and public drunkenness.
  • Jerry Hanson, 52, of Sylvester was charged with obstructing law enforcement officers.
  • Frank Anderson, 25, of Jacksonville, Florida was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana (less than an ounce).
  • James Williams, 35, of Sylvester was charged with wanted person.
  • Jessica Millican, 35, of Sylvester was charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked and speeding.
  • Matthew Johnson, 31, of Sylvester was charged with no license on person, speeding, DUI, and fleeing or attempting to elude police.
  • Kenjie Wade, 34, of Sylvester was charged with terroristic threats and acts and simple assault.
  • Josue Valentin Caraballo, 32, of Columbus was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana (less than an ounce).
  • Gary Stevens, 51, of Sylvester was charged with interfering with a 911 call.
  • Quincy Bailey, 34, of Sylvester was charged with obstructing law enforcement officers, possession and use of drug related objects, interference with government property, use of tag to conceal identity, operating a vehicle without a valid tag or decal, driving while license is suspended or revoked, and no insurance.
  • Pamela Cordero, 28, of Winter Garden, Florida was charged with speeding, open container violation, and DUI.
    Oscar Kelly, 20, of Sylvester was charged with open container, possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, and possession of an ounce or less of marijuana.
  • Cameron Paulk, 18, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery.
  • Brooke Williams, 21, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery, wanted person, domestic dispute, obstructing law enforcement officers, escape, criminal trespass (business), and failure to appear (bench warrant).
  • Brian Flach, 54, of Bentonville, Arkansas was charged with simple battery.
  • Ashanti Tolbert, 25, of Sylvester was charged with DUI.
  • Chris Heard, 43, of Albany was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injury or damage and DUI.
