Almost exactly like a meeting between the United States Postal Service and the City of Sumner a few weeks ago, the USPS returned to Worth County last Wednesday at noon to discuss the future of another rural post office with residents from the City of Poulan. And, just like the pre-meditated decision with the aforementioned Sumner Post Office, the people of Poulan were duly informed their mail station would soon be cut to part-time hours.
