This is Oscar and he has been missing since 12:11 am on January 1st, 2015. He is a full size Dachshund and is 10 years old and weighs 23 pounds. He is red with a dark brown/red stripe down his back. He was last seen off of Scooterville Highway approximately 9/10 of a mile from Poulan and he was wearing a red collar with a blue rabies tag. His rabies ID # is 0092249.
