Search Warrant Results in Arrest

Robert Lewis Farley and Clara Denise Feaster have been charged with Operation of a Business without a License and Possession of Distilled Spirits in a dry county.

On April 11, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., the Sylvester Police Department Drug Unit, assisted by the Poulan Police Department, executed a search warrant at 301 South Henderson Street. Robert Lewis Farley, a black male, Clara Denise Feaster, a black female, were charged with Operation of a Business without a License and Possession of Distilled Spirits in a dry county. A large quantity of beer and liquor were seized from the residence. Farley and Feaster were previously arrested on the same charges after the execution of a search warrant by the Drug Unit on January 19, 2013.

Other Arrests:

On March 7, 2013 at 7:47 p.m., the Sylvester Police Department Drug Unit attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of West Franklin Street and Haley Street. The driver of the vehicle fled on foot but was captured by the Drug Unit after a brief foot pursuit. Kevin Jamal Hooks, a black male, was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of Crack Cocaine with intent to distribute, Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute, Obstruction of an Officer, and tampering with evidence. Hooks was previously arrested after the execution of a search warrant at his residence on February 1, 2013 and charged with drug and firearm charges.

On March 16, 2013 at 6:01 p.m., Sgt. Kevin Griffith arrested Tammie Griffin, a white female, after she attempted to pass a forged prescription at WalGreens Pharmacy. Griffin was charged with forgery, attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud, and drugs to be kept in the original container. Other charges are still pending.

On April 8, 2013 at 2:09 p.m., Sgt. Kevin Griffith made a traffic stop at the intersection of South Main Street and East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Timothy Bernard Fowler, a black male, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License, Improper Displayed Tag, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce.

On April 8, 2013 at 6:31 p.m., the Sylvester Police Department Drug Unit, assisted by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant of a room at the Worth Inn. Quantia King, a black female, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce. There was also an outstanding warrant from the Worth County Sheriff’s Office.

On April 10, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., the Sylvester Police Department Drug Unit executed a search warrant of an individual in the parking lot of the South Petro store. Toney Ray Smith, a black male, was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce.
