Jamie Lee Walker

Mr. Jamie Lee Walker, 27, of Mitchell County died Saturday, October 4, 2014 in Sumner.

The family received friends on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Banks Funeral Home.

Mr. Walker was born in Dougherty County on May 5, 1987 and had lived most of his life in Mitchell County. His passion was music and he played with several bands including The Giving End, Threshold and Relentless.  Mr. Walker enjoyed four wheeling and loved his two nieces.

Survivors include his parents, Leroy and Susan Walker of Worth County; brother, Matthew Walker (Candice) of Sumner; paternal-grandmother, Pauline Alred of Sylvester; nieces, Angel and Mattison Walker; aunt, Lisa Davis and several cousins.
