The Worth County Child Development Center will be taking applications for the 2015-2016 school year beginning on January 20 through February 20, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Worth County Child Development Center located at 504 E. Price Street, Sylvester, Georgia.
Those eligible for Head Start are children ages 3 by September 1, 2015 through age 4. Early Head age eligibility begins at six (6) weeks old. Children with a diagnosed disability are welcomed to apply as well.
To complete the registration process, we ask all applicants to bring proof of child’s age (preferably a certified birth certificate with file number), proof of all family income, (preferably a 2014 Income Tax Return or W2 form, previous 12 months public assistance letter, WG-15 or two current check stubs).
