Myrtle Weaver Eady

Mrs. Myrtle Weaver Eady, 71, of Poulan, died Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Pine Hill Baptist Church with interment to follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.  The Rev. Donnie Wright will officiate

Mrs. Eady was born in Bullock County Alabama on July 11, 1944 to Joseph Robert, Sr. and Essie Jane Anderson Weaver. Mrs. Weaver moved to Worth County in 1962 and worked at Avondale Mills, Coats & Clark and at Shoney’s in Ashburn.  She enjoyed arts & crafts, yard sales and the beach.  She loved her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Eady of Poulan, daughter; Cindy B. Powell (Ronnie) of Sylvester, son; Shane Brown of Sylvester, grandchildren; Lindsey Powell (Greg), Dustin Beaty (Tammy),  great grandchild; Holden Beaty, brothers; Albert Weaver (Donna) of Warwick and Jake Weaver of Sylvester.

Mrs. Eady was preceded in death by three brothers; Robert Weaver, Jr., Gene Weaver and Lamar Weaver and a sister; Marie W. Odom.

Serving as pallbearers are Jason Eady, Stephen Hullett, Kenneth Weaver, Terry Weaver, Joey Weaver and Robert Weaver.
