Mr. Ronald Raines, 67, of Sylvester died Tuesday October 29, 2013 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday November 2, 2013 in the Providence Cemetery with Rev. Jason Jones officiating.
Mr. Raines was born in Albany on August 23, 1946 to Clayton Monroe and Pearl Newell Raines. He lived in Worth County since 1991 moving here from Valdosta.
Survivors include his mother, Pearl Newell Raines of Sylvester; nephew, Richard Raines of Valdosta; niece, Angela Gardner of La Crosse, WI; sister-in-law, Tina Raines and aunt, Inez McSwain of Ashburn.
Mr. Raines was preceded in death by his father, Clayton Monroe Raines on May 19, 2006 and a brother, Roger Raines on July 24, 2001.
