Fire Chief Arrested for Theft by Extortion

On Tuesday, February 11, 2014 Tift Judicial Circuit District Attorney Paul Bowden requested GBI Region 15 Sylvester to investigate allegations of extortion involving City of Sylvester Fire Chief Chris Duncan.
