March is designated as the month to recognize Women in History. Worth County is fortunate to have women making history every day, not only in their homes and families, but through contributions to our community, our churches, and civic organizations.
One outstanding Woman of Worth is Ms. Jean Brooks. Her priorities are God, family and country. She devotes her time to the organizations that embody those ideals. Jean serves on the Board of Directors for 10 non-profit organizations, serving as chair for two of those and volunteers for yet another.
