Donnie Lee Higgins

Donnie Lee Higgins, 57, of Worth County died Saturday, January 17, 2015 at his residence under the care of Wilson Community Hospice.

Celebration of Life Services were held Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the family home, 106 Cherry Laurel Lane in Albany at 6:00p.m. with Rev. Bobby Brown officiating.

Mr. Higgins was born on June 1, 1957 in San Diego, California to the late Joe Bill and Lillian Carter Higgins. He was a veteran and owner of D&L Painting for over 30 years. Donnie enjoyed his family cookouts and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Linda Rodenberger Higgins of Worth County, children, Donna Hope Higgins of Albany, Christy Marie Higgins of Albany, Jolene (Dustin) Mason of Sylvester, Adam Joseph Higgins of Worth County, Renee Lee Hayes and Michele Lynn Hayes both of Colorado Springs, Colorado, two brothers, Danny Higgins of Ocala, Florida, and Ronnie Higgins of Arizona, 12 grandchildren, his mother-in-law Irma Rodenberger of Albany, two sisters-in-law, Sondra Johnson of Albany and Robin Gaines of Tennessee.

Reflection Cremation & Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
