Floyd Carsby (F.C.) Sutton, Jr.

Mr. Floyd Carsby (F.C.) Sutton, Jr., 64, died Friday March 11, 2016 in Ocilla from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

The funeral service was held at 2:00 PM Tuesday March 15, 2016 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel interment followed in the Paulk’s Chapel Cemetery. The Rev. Donnie Sloan officiated.

Mr. Sutton was born in Moultrie on November 12, 1951 to Floyd Carsby and Bobbie Jean Walters Sutton Ford. He had lived in Lee County for the past 2 years moving there from FL. He was a retired Truck Driver with Jeff Phillips Trucking. Mr. Sutton loved his family especially his grandsons.

Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Gail Conger (Wayne) of Norman Park; mother, Bobbie Sutton Ford of Leesburg; brother, Gene Sutton of Albany and grandsons Dillon and Brandon Conger both of Norman Park.

Mr. Sutton was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Carsby Sutton; son, Randy C. Sutton; sister, Sally Sutton; brothers, Harry A. and Tom Sutton.

Serving as pallbearers were, Tim Brooks, Jason Brooks, Joe Shelton, Shane Conger, Wade Hurst and Jason Hurst.
