Former Worth County commissioner Anthony “Tony” Hall was indicted this past week by a Dougherty County Grand Jury on seven felony counts of theft by conversion.
While employed with the Southwest Georgia Second Harvest Food Bank, Hall is accused of stealing more than $160,000 of donated inventory.
Also indicted was Gregory Jackson. The two men reportedly stole items donated from multiple companies including Proctor and Gamble.
Hall was also serving as Worth County’s District 1 Commissioner during his employment at the Food Bank.
