Local Arrest Reports

The following reports were compiled by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office between April 1 and April 15:

  • James Gunn, 42, of Sparks, Georgia was charged with criminal trespass, theft by taking (felony motor vehicle), theft by taking (motor vehicle, Cook County warrant), and theft by taking (motor vehicle, Brooks County warrant) on April 7.
  • Torrin Jackson, 26, of Sylvester was charged with robbery (sudden snatching) on April 6.
  • James Jones, 37, of Jefferson, Georgia was charged with failure to appear (bench warrant) on April 4.
  • Anthony Adkins, 38, of Sylvester was charged with DUI, expired tag, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (hydrocodone), possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), and speeding on April 2.
  • Shadarius Barnes, 25, of Sylvester was charged with battery on April 15.
  • Retrown Burley, 40, of Poulan was charged with simple battery on April 5.
  • Devonta Covin, 25, of Albany was charged with possession of a controlled substance (MDMA) on April 4.
  • Djaber Dechira, 39, of Tifton was charged with stalking on April 3.
  • Ambur-Nicole Dominquez, 33, of Gainesville, Florida was charged with speeding, driving with a suspended license, and suspended tag on April 3.
  • Harold Graybeal, III. 32, of Perry was charged with possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) on April 2.
  • Paul Harris, Sr. 50, of Sylvester was charged with aggravated assault on April 15.
  • Martez Jackson, 19, of Fitzgerald was charged with driving while unlicensed, possession of marijuana (less than an ounce), and speeding on April 9.
  • Terry Johnson, Jr., 40, of Sumner was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, possession of marijuana (less than an ounce), and open container in vehicle on April 10.
  • Flannery Keith, 25, of Columbus was charged with possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine) on April 3.
  • Kerry Mallard, 56, of Wenona was charged with possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana (less than an ounce) on April 4.
  • Stacy Mallard, 36, of Sylvester was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, and open container in vehicle on April 4.
  • Marvin Mency, Sr. 58, of Warwick was charged with battery on April 1.
  • Edwin Osorio, 24, of Norcross was charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding on April 3.
  • Jerrod Proctor, 26, of Sylvester was charged with criminal trespass on April 10.
  • Ricardo Rodriguez-Martinez, 25, was charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding on April 15.
  • Marvin Roseborough, 32, of Moultrie was charged with simple assault on April 4.
  • Ashleigh Wilson, 19, of Clarsville, Tennessee was charged with driving while license is suspended and speeding on April 11.
  • Quenton Saylor, 44, of Bridgeboro was charged with simple battery on April 1.
  • Phillip Scott, 27, of Sylvester was charged with DUI on April 3.
  • Walter Snow, Sr., 73, of Sumner was charged with enticing a child for indecent purposes on April 5.
  • Lake Summers, 54, of Sylvester was charged with public drunkenness on April 2.
  • Marnique Tyler, 23, of Sylvester was charged with abandonment of a child and first degree cruelty to children on April 10.
  • Tyler Williams, 20, of Albany was charged with possession of drug related objects, open container, possession of marijuana (less than an ounce), and speeding on April 7.
