Local Arrest Reports for September 15th – October 1st

The following reports were compiled by local law enforcement officers between September 15 and October 1:

Bernard Brown, 37, of Sylvester was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, and possession of marijuana and cocaine within 1000 feet of a school on September 30.

Monteco Bussy, 18, of Poulan was charged with interference with custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on September 15.

Pamela Green, 40, of Albany was charged with possession of marijuana on September 19.

Earnest Hudson III, 62, of Albany was charged with driving while license is suspended or expired on October 1.

Malcolm Jackson, 39, of Sylvester was charged with contempt of court and two counts of probation violation on September 16.

Deric McFarland, 46, of Albany was charged with probation violation-possession of cocaine on September 26.

Jalen McGill, 21, of Sylvester was charged with second degree criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana, and simple assault on September 19.

Pamela Pferrman, 28, of Cordele was charged with probation violation-theft by taking on September 17.

Xavian Timmons, 28, of Sylvester was charged with aggravated battery on September 16.

James Wildes, 65, of Albany was charged with probation violation-possession of cocaine on September 26.

Deondray Andrews, 27, of Douglas was charged with possession of marijuana on September 27.

William Branham, 25, of Sumner was charged with pedestrian under the influence on October 1.

David Conley, 57, of Poulan was charged with possession of cocaine on September 22.

Mitchell Drawdy, Jr., 49, of Albany was charged with simple battery on September 15.

Jonathan Fletcher, 21, of Sylvester was charged with possession of marijuana on September 29.

Charlie Harris, 29, of Albany was charged with speeding and driving with a suspended license (fourth offense) on September 18.

Michael Hatgidek, 54, of Albany was charged with driving while license is suspended and speeding on September 26.

Joshua Jackson, 19, of Tifton was charged with possession of marijuana, driving while license is suspended, drug related objects, theft by deception, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement.

Frank Musolino, 63, of Tampa, Florida was charged with nine counts of game holding permit on September 19.

Joshua Pate, 24, of Sylvester was charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts on September 22.

Sherrod Proctor, 22, of Sylvester was charged with obstructing an officer, terroristic threats and acts, pointing or aiming a gun at another person, discharging a firearm in the city, discharging a firearm on another’s property, possession of a firearm while trying to commit a crime, discharging a firearm

while under the influence, and aggravated assault on September 22.

Antonio Ransom, 30, of Sylvester was charged with possession of marijuana, two counts of child safety belt violation, endangerment of child under 14 (DUI), and brake light violation on September 29.
