On September 18, 2013 at 12:10 a.m., Sylvester Police Officers responded to 304 East Street in reference to an armed robbery of a residence. An adult female, adult male and a seven-year-old male child were tied up while the two offenders took merchandise from the residence. Authorities report the men are both black males, wearing hoods and face masks to conceal their identity and both were in possession of handguns. This case could possibly be connected to the armed robbery of a residence that occurred on August 22, 2013 at 12:26 a.m. at 106 Pamela Drive. During that incident, three black males entered with masks and hoods, possessing handguns and tied up the adult male and adult female at that residence while they took merchandise from the home.
