75 year old Barbara Phelps of Pruitt Health of Sylvester was last seen around 2:00 p.m. wearing a white dress with blue flowers. Phelps is a white female, 5-7″ tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. Worth County Sheriff’s Office along with Worth County Fire Rescue and the Sylvester Police Department are all assisting in the search. Please contact 911 immediately if you have seen her or know of her whereabouts.
