Connie Banks Hall Pickelsimer

Mrs. Connie Banks Hall Pickelsimer, 67, of Sylvester died Friday December 25, 2015 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday December 30, 2015 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in the Providence Cemetery. The Rev. Tommy Powell will officiate.       Mrs. Pickelsimer was born in Sumter County on February 27, 1948 to the late Singleton Franklin and Audrey Wells Banks. She has lived in Worth County for the past two years, moving here from Albany where she had lived for many years. Mrs. Pickelsimer was formerly employed with Sylvester Textile and retired from (Delco-Remy & Delphi). She was a member of the Moose Lodge and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting.

Survivors include her daughter, Robin Gwines (Mark) of Sylvester; grandchildren, Shelvy Giddens, Luke Gwines, Peyton Gwines, and Meghan Hall; great grandchildren, Sky Duckworth, and Rylan Duckworth; sister, Beth B. Rode of Leesburg.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pickelsimer was preceded in death by her son, Alan Hall on September 25, 2006 and two brothers, Tony Banks and Dana Banks.

The Family will receive friends on Tuesday December 29, 2015 from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Pallbearers include, Shelvy Giddens, Luke Gwines, Eddie Giddens, Will Giddens, Mason Simon and Taylor Simon.
