George “Skeebo” Warren

Mr. George E. “Skeebo” Warren, 74, of Sylvester died Monday June 18, 2018 at his residence. A memorial service was held at 11:00 AM on Saturday June 23, 2018 at New Hope Full Gospel Church the Pastor Kenneth Thompson officiated.

Mr. Warren was born on April 11, 1944 in Tallahassee, FL to the late George Edward and Mildred Johnson Warren. He lived in Worth County most of his life and was a graduate of the University of Georgia. Mr. Warren was a certified electrician and was previously employed with WALB as a cameraman. He enjoyed working beside his father in the land surveying business and was a Disc Jockey at several radio stations. Mr. Warren enjoyed listening to old music and was an avid handyman.

Survivors include his fiancée, Teresa Pitts of Sylvester; son, Dustin Pitts of Sylvester; best friend, Jack Sell of Florida and numerous cousins.
