Local Arrest Reports

The following reports were compiled by the Worth County Sheriff’s Office between October 15 and October 31:

Austin Bass, 22, of Warwick was charged with probation violation (burglary) on October 15.

Brandi Bedford, 28, of Sumner was charged with possession of methamphetamine, probation violation (Berrien County), and probation violation (shoplifting – Lowndes County) on October 28.

Paul Cassady, 50, of Sylvester was charged with felony obstruction of an officer on October 26.

Aileen Davis, 53, of Sylvester was charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, and simple battery on October 25.

Freddie Davis, 56, of Sylvester was charged with possession of a drug related object, obstruction of an officer, and probation violation (armed robbery).

Kenobi Lewis, 28, of Decatur, Georgia was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, simple battery, solicitation of sodomy, and probation violation on October 30.

Kevin Morris, 28, of TyTy was charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call by using obscene or vulgar language, and possession of cocaine on October 24.

Tina Alexander, 28, of Tifton was charged with obtaining or attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud on October 16.

Retrown Burley, 37, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery on October 31.

Charlie Butts, 57, of Cordele was charged with second-degree criminal damage to property on October 22.

Timothy Clyde, 38, of Warwick was charged with DUI on October 19.

Jermaine Davis, 36, of Sylvester was charged with probation violation and giving false information on October 31.

Michael Green, 32, of Albany was charged with theft by taking, and entering an auto with intent of felony on October 20.

Kumoski Grimes, 28, of Albany was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, and violation of driver’s license restrictions on October 19.

Shakeitha Grimes, 30, of Albany was charged with probation violation (driving while license is suspended and no proof of insurance) on October 27.

Jimmy Hill, 63, of Sylvester was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on October 17.

Degory Jones, 44, of Moultrie was charged with DUI on October 21.

Anthony Robinson, 50, of Tifton was charged with possession of marijuana, open container, and four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute on October 16.

Justin Smith, 25, of Sylvester was charged with speeding (114 in a 55 MPH zone) and reckless driving on October 28.

Khadijah Smith, 28, of Sylvester was charged with failure to use a turn signal and possession of marijuana on October 15.

Walter Tellis, Jr., 38, of Sylvester was charged with driving while license is suspended (fourth offense) on October 25.

Tracy Thomas, 38, of Albany was charged with driving while license is suspended (fourth offense) on October 16.

Patrick Wainwright, 29, of Nahunta, Georgia was charged with first degree burglary on October 29.

Kimberly Watson, 39, of Warwick was charged with disorderly conduct on October 16.

Christopher Wheller, 48, of Warwick was charged with simple assault on October 15.

Anthony Wilcher, 48, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery on October 15.
