Mary Rita Braehler Bach

Mary Rita Braehler Bach entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Clayton C. Bach. Daughter of the late Lawrence Rudolph Braehler and Lorena Herp Braehler. Beloved and loving mother to Betty Marie Bach Dyer (Husband Louis) and the late Mervin John Bach. Grandmother of Louis A. Dyer III, Christina LaFontaine (Cory), Amanda Cook (Derrick), Laura Stanton (Tommy), Louis A. Dyer Jr. and the late Tonya Bernard. Great-grandmother of Christina Marie Bernard, Jared Bernard, Kayla LaFontaine, Kelsey LaFontaine, Benjamin “Ben” Harper and Chloe Stanton. Sister of the late Margaret Mastrolillo (Joseph).

Mary was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 218, 8 & 40 Jefferson Salon 535, AARP Chapter 3975 Algiers, and Westside N.O.R.D. Golden Age Club. She was born in Louisville, KY; was a lifelong resident of Algiers until Hurricane Katrina and relocated to Georgia until her death.

A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 6PM until 10PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Friday, June 14, 2013 from 10AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 1PM. Interment will be in St. Bartholomew Cemetery, Algiers, LA.

In lieu of flowers, please consider masses or make donations to a charity of your choice. Family and friends may view and sign the online guestbook at www.mothefunerals.com.
