Opal L. Clark

Mrs. Opal L. Clark, 78, of Poulan died Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Poulan Cemetery. Rev. Gordon Poole officiated.
Pallbearers included Larry Griffin, Cory Bradley, Justin Duke, Jerry Griffin, Jason Duke, Ryan Barnes, William Barnes and Chris Burrell.
Mrs. Clark was born on July 16, 1935 in Heflin, AL, to the late James Butler Lovell and Ozell Adamson Lovell Shiver. She lived in Poulan for the last 50 years and was formerly employed with Seabrook in Sylvester. Mrs. Clark enjoyed going to the flea market.
Survivors include her son, David Bradley (Dorothy) of Tifton; daughters, Vonnie Bradley of Poulan, Judy Barnes (Jeffery) of Albany and Theresa McDonald (Junior) of Sylvester; brothers, Elsie Shiver of Jacksonville, FL and Randall E. Lovell of Alabama City, AL; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents Mrs. Clark was preceded in death by her husband, James Emory Clark on April 16, 2008 and a son Wayne Bradley on November 3, 2013.
