Patricia Ann Walker

Mrs. Patricia Ann Walker, 68, of Albany, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, October 3, 2014.

Her funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Victory Baptist Church, 1489 Philema Road, in Leesburg, GA. Rev. Robin Chaplin will officiate with interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany. Mrs. Walker was born on October 5, 1945 in Albany to the late Cordy Floyd and Jessie Gleaton.

She was member of Victory Baptist Church and loved to read her Bible. Mrs. Walker also loved her flower garden and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Our loss is Heaven’s gain and she will be missed until we meet again.

Survivors include her loving husband, Dave Walker; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Kelly Singeltary, and Troy and Christie Walker all of Sylvester; daughters and sons-in-law, Cissy and Kenny Barfield of Albany, Tammy Huff of Sylvester, and Tonya and Treavor Lokey of Portland, TX; sister, Delores Mills of Bronwood; fourteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Walker was preceded in death by her brothers, Freddie and Floyd Gleaton.
