Richard-PageALBANY- Richard Daniel “Danny” Page, 73, of Albany, died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Sylvester Nursing Home.
Graveside rites will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014 at Westview Cemetery in Moultrie with Rev. T.J. Mauldin officiating.
Born May 19, 1940 in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Richard Clifton Page and Ethel Daniel Page. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was an iron worker with Iron Workers Union Local 33. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Mary Hancock Page.
Survivors include two brothers, G. Wayne Page of Jacksonville, FL and Freddy W. Page and wife Bonnie of Albany; four nieces, Patricia Holcomb of Leesburg, Vicki Willmon of Bossier City, LA, Teresa Page of San Antonio, TX and Pamela Potter of Birmingham, AL; and one nephew, Gary Page of Jacksonville, FL.
The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014 at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to Albany Community Hospice, 320 Foundation Lane, Albany, GA 31707.
Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
