Mr. Roger Dale Hudson, 63 of Sylvester, died on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Phoebe Worth Medical Center.
The funeral service was held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Gary Holton officiated.
Mr. Hudson was born on November 9, 1955 in Worth County. He had lived in Worth County most of his life and was self-employed. Mr. Hudson was a graduate of the Worth County High School and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs Fan and enjoyed trading at the Flea Market.
Survivors include his son, Zackary Hudson of Chicago, IL; mother, Dina Hudson of Poulan; sisters, Barbara Hudson of Sylvester, Linda Kirk (Gene) of Panama City Beach, FL; brothers, Jimmy Hudson of Sylvester, Larry Hudson (Lucinda) of Sylvester, Rock Hudson (Lisa) of Sylvester; long term companion, Pam Johnson of Sylvester; 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and his special canine “Coco”.
Mr. Hudson was preceded in death by his father, Lemmie Eugene Hudson; brother, Jerry Hudson and a sister, Bettye Bozeman.
