William Dale McDonald

McdonaldWilliam Dale McDonald passed away on July 1, 2014. He was born on September 11, 1942. He was preceded in death by his parents, I.W. and Ida Mae McDonald, his brother, Graham McDonald and his sister, Donese McDonald Stone. He is survived by his wife, Patricia P. McDonald, his daughter, Kathy M. Robertson, son-in-law, Jay Robertson, and grandchildren, Sydney and Jason Robertson, and his sister, Imogene McDonald.

He had a big smile and an even bigger heart. Never selfish, always loving and kind, these are the memories Dale leaves behind. He was a volunteer for Big Brothers in Atlanta, GA and Big Brothers in Houston, TX. He was also a volunteer for the Dallas County Juvenile Department.

A celebration of Dale’s life will be held at Sparkman Crane Funeral Home, 10501 Garland Road, Dallas, on July 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.

Special thanks to Dr. Hutson and his staff at Texas Oncology and Faith Presbyterian Hospice for his care.
