William Knight

Mr. William Larry Knight, 76 of Bridgeboro died on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at his residence.

The funeral service was held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Evergreen Baptist Church interment followed in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Todd Brooks and Rev. Jackie Cabaniss officiated. 

Mr. Knight was born on December 13, 1942 in Albany, GA to the late William and Gertrude Shiver Knight. He had lived Worth County most of his life. Mr. Knight was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was a retired Electrical Technician from Proctor and Gamble.  Mr. Knight enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing and riding horses. He was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Faye Broadway Turner Knight of Bridgeboro; daughters, Cindy Shiver (Scott) of Sylvester and  Kathy Sanders (Al) of Ft. Benning; grandchildren, Blake Edore (Haiden), Jake Edore , J.T. Edore, April Aldrich, Jesse Devine (Nick) and Jacob Sanders. great grandchildren, Aldyn and Hudson Edore, Rosalynne and Alex Devine; brothers, Kenneth Knight (Chris) and Robert Knight (Ann); one niece and three nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Knight was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Street Knight
