Betty Ann Crowe

Mrs. Betty Ann Crowe 89 of Sylvester, died on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Pine Shadows Retirement Home.

The funeral service was held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Bank Funeral Home, interment followed in the Colquitt County Cemetery at 2:00 PM. The Rev. Jimmy Cargle officiated.

Mrs. Crowe was born on April 15, 1929 in Colquitt, GA., to the late Robert E. and Floyce Spires Fudge. She had lived in Sylvester and Colquitt all throughout her life and was a homemaker. Mrs. Crowe enjoyed gardening, but most importantly, she loved spending time with her family. She was a member of the Colquitt Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Norman J. Crowe, Jr., (Donna), Jimmy Crowe; grandchildren, Jay Crowe (Meredith), Christy Childers (Matt), Beth Crain (Richard), Mack Park, Katie Crowe McCutcheon (John Bates); great grandchildren, Anna Leigh and William Crowe, Laney and John Childers; niece, Pamela Fudge Heffner; nephews, Ronald Wilkin, Robert Wilkin, Edwin Wilkin and Chris Wilkin and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Crowe was preceded in death a brother, Edward B. “Bubber” Fudge; sister, Christine Fudge Wilkin.
