Mrs. Bobbie Ford, 90 of Sylvester, died on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at the Lee County Health and Rehab Center.
The funeral service was held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel, interment followed in the Salem Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The Rev. Dale Walters officiated.
Mrs. Ford was born in Ty,Ty, GA., to the late Harold Lee and Rena Inez Morris Walters. She had lived in Leesburg since 2005 and was retired from Cracker Barrell as a trainer. Mrs. Ford was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Leesburg Baptist Church. She enjoyed flowers and gardening, but most of importantly spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include her son, Gene Sutton (Bonnie) of Leesburg; brother, Harold Walters, Jr., (Lillian) of Florida; sister, Norma Walters of Omega; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ford was preceded in death by her daughter, Sally Sutton; sons, Harry Sutton, Tom Sutton, Floyd Sutton, and 4 grandchildren.
