Doris Wynelle Scheider Deariso

Mrs. Doris Wynelle Scheider Deariso, 91, of Sylvester died Friday, January 16, 2015 at Pruitt Health of Sylvester.

Graveside service was held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 19, 2015 in the Hillcrest Cemetery. The Rev. Mike Davis officiated.

Mrs. Deariso was born on November 11, 1923 in Athens, GA to the late Charles Franklin and Gertrude Brown Scheider. She graduated from Athens High School and the University of Georgia with a BS in Education.  Mrs. Deariso was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.  She was a retired 5th grade teacher and a member of Pinson Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her sons, David (Diane) Deariso of Albany and Larry Deariso of Sylvester; grandsons, Chris Deariso, Michael (Mary Catherine) Deariso and Destin Deariso; sister-in-law, Sara Scheider; nieces and nephews, Sarah Norment, Charles Scheider, Dr. Phillip Scheider, Eric Scheider  and Lili Griffin.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Deariso was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leonard (Bud) Deariso on July 29, 1974 and a brother, Charles Franklin Scheider, III.

For those desiring, memorials may be made to Pinson Memorial United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 118, Sylvester, GA., 31791.
