Harper Jane Hembree, infant daughter of Leland and Abby Hembree of Sylvester died Monday May 12, 2014 at MCG Health Systems in Augusta.
A private graveside service was held at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jackie Cabaniss officiated.
Harper was born on April 22, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Beau Hembree of Sylvester; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Dianne Hembree of Doerun; maternal grandparents, Hank and Marsha Youngblood of Sylvester; paternal great-grandparents, Broadus and Thelma Hembree of Doerun and maternal great-grandparents, Worthen and Gloria Youngblood of Sylvester.
Harper was preceded in death by her twin sister, Sealy Jewell Hembree on April 22, 2014.
