(Infant) Laykin Michelle Singletary, 12 days old died October 4, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be Monday (TODAY) 11 AM at Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. James Johnson officiating.
Laykin was born September 23, 2014 to the parents of Conley Avery and Samantha Singletary of Sylvester.
Other survivors include a brother, Kaden Avery of Sylvester, maternal grandparents, Michael and Melissa Singletary of Sylvester, aunt, Ashlyn Singletary of Sylvester, uncle, Justin Ansley of Moultrie, great- grandfather, Ronald Mobley of Jesup, great-grandmothers, Dolly Spell of Moultrie and Kathy Stapleton of Jesup, great-great grandmother, Virginia Harrison of Moultrie and numerous cousins.
The family will receive friends following the graveside service at Crown Hill Cemetery.
