Leonard Hall

Mr. Leonard Hall, 62 of Sylvester, died on Thursday March 21, 2019 at the Willson Hospice House.

The graveside service was held at 4:00 PM on Friday, March 22, 2019 in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele. The Rev. Mark Willis officiated. 

Mr. Hall was born on May 7, 1956 in Crisp County, to the late Leon Hall and Martha Harper Tinsley and was reared by his grandparents, Johnny and Dora Harper. He had lived in Worth County since 1975 and was a retired Captain from the Sylvester Police Department. Mr. Hall enjoyed working in his yard, playing on his computer, but most importantly he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his daughter, Scarlet Stalvey (John) of Sylvester; mother-in-law, Jeanette Horton Young of Sylvester; sisters-in-law, Lila Sellars (Tony) of Stark, FL, Wynette Kilcrease (Steve) of Sylvester; grandchildren, Lexie “Doodle” Stalvey and Charlie “Froggy” Stalvey.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Fay Young Hall on September 24, 2009.
