LOCAL POLICE REPORTS
The following reports were compiled by local law enforcement between September 1 and September 18:
Nathaniel Baker, Jr., 46, of Byron, GA was charged with terroristic threats and acts, aggravated assault, theft by taking, driving while license is suspended, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude police officers, and driving on the wrong side of the road on September 8.
Cerissa Bodiford, 28, of Albany was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug related objects on September 5.
Monteco Bussey, 18, of Poulan was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and interference with custody on September 15.
Kennis Carter, 35, of Baconton was charged with DUI, probation violation, obstruction, and driving while license is suspended or revoked on September 11.
Johnny Curry, 29, of Sylvester was charged with first degree burglary.
Bobby Ellerson, 29, of Moultrie was charged with probation violation on September 8.
Angel Gay, 37, was charged with theft by taking on September 17.
Charlie Harris, 29, of Albany was charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked (fourth offense) and speeding on September 18.
Levon Holmes, 34, of Sylvester was charged with terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct on September 14.
Keith Oneal, 26, of Poulan was charged with loitering and disorderly conduct on September 2.
Darin Jones, 33, of Sylvester was charged with obstruction of law enforcement on September 10.
Jerry Lee Lawson, 19, of Sumner was charged with rape, aggravated sodomy, incest, sexual battery, and aggravated child molestation on September 1.
Jesse Lindsey, 28, of Leesburg was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and probation violation on September 5.
Anterrio Marhall, 28, of Albany was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, driving while license is suspended or revoked, speeding, littering, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, aggressive driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, improper passing, failure to drive within a single lane, stop sign violation, window tint violation, and seatbelt violation on September 6.
Michael Miller, 51, was charged with terroristic threats and acts, public drunkenness, and sexual battery on September 5.
Christopher Parmeter, 54, of Doerun was charged with DUI on September 5.
Jimmy Sullivan, Jr., 33, of Doerun was charged with deposit account fraud and probation violation on September 6.
Xavian Timmons, 28, of Sylvester was charged with aggravated battery on September 16.
Randy Barney, Jr., 18, of Sylvester was charged with robbery on September 14.
Roberta Brandon, 21, of Sylvester was charged with possession of marijuana on September 14.
Jatavious Brown, 21, of Sylvester was charged with probation violation, seatbelt violation, open container, and obstruction on September 1.
Jessica Carroll, 26, of Sylvester was charged with simple assault on September 8.
Rodney Childers, 54, of Sylvester was charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call on September 6.
Lance Gibson, 32, of Sylvester was charged with DUI on September 12.
Avery McKeller, 20, of Sylvester was charged with littering and driving while license is suspended or revoked on September 1.
Eric Rutland, 46, of Sylvester was charged with simple battery on September 10.
