Sealy Jewell Hembree, infant daughter of Leland and Abby Hembree of Sylvester died Tuesday April 22, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday April 26, 2014 at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. Reverends Jackie Cabaniss and Danny Story will officiate.
Other survivors include her brother, Beau Hembree; her twin sister, Harper Hembree; maternal grandparents, Hank and Marsha Youngblood of Sylvester; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Dianne Hembree of Doerun; maternal great-grandparents, Worthen and Gloria Youngblood of Sylvester and paternal great-grandparents, Broadus and Thelma Hembree of Doerun.
