Mrs. Lynn Welch, 54, of Sylvester dies Friday, May 3, 2019 at her residence.
A memorial service was held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 6, 2019 at the Banks Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Randolph Pate and Rev. Daryl Pate officiated.
Mrs. Welch was born on December 1, 1964 in Worth County to the late Thomas Franklin and Daphine Horten Pate. She was the manager of Carlton Hamburgers and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Welch enjoyed camping, karaoke, the beach, but most of all, spending time with her family.
Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca Welch (Johnny) of Albany, Haley Welch of Sylvester, Shelby Welch of Sylvester; sons, Jason Welch (Cansas) of Albany, Johnny Ray Welch of Sylvester; sister, Pam Dixon (David) of Sylvester, brother, Mitch Pate of Sylvester; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Welch was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Welch, Jr. on April 24, 2012; son, Troy Thomas Welch, Sr.; grandson, Troy Thomas Welch, Jr. and two brothers, Tony and Ray Pate.
